These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Primes platform, including the Primes mobile app, related services, and developer publishing tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You keep ownership of the projects and assets you upload (“Content”). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your Content to us.
To host, run, and display your Content inside the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
This license is for operating and improving the Service only. We do not sell your Content to third parties and we do not grant third parties a license to your Content for their independent use outside the Service.
Published projects run in a restricted environment for safety and consistency. Some engine APIs may be disabled or unavailable, and projects that rely on unsupported features may fail to publish or run.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features and limits (including size limits and supported rendering modes) may change over time.
We may remove Content or restrict access to the Service if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, is harmful, or creates security or operational risk.
You can delete your published Content through the Service where available. After deletion, we will stop making it available in the app, and we may retain limited backups for a short period for operational and security purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
